Welcome
YOGA & WELLNESS
FOR THE CHILDBEARING YEARS
We invite you to connect with your inner wisdom and the Divine Mother while you carry and care for a new sacred life. Birthing Mama® shares teachings from the wisdom of yoga, ayurveda and holistic health to support you during the journey of fertility & conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Ganesh, with the elephant head, sits at the threshold welcoming you at each new beginning. He both helps to remove obstacles along the path and places the obstacles there, to help you learn and grow, by moving through them.
The Birthing Mama Book
by Corinne Andrews
“I felt called to provide a companion for others walking on the path towards motherhood – one that would offer the presence of a yoga teacher, doula, sister, best friend and wise mother all in one. And thus Birthing Mama does just that and invites readers to self-reflect and grow themselves as they grow their babies. My book is a guide that takes you through each week of the pregnancy journey, integrating body, mind, and spirit through meditative reflection, yoga postures and breath practices, self-care activities, and creative projects." - author Corinne Andrews

"Guidance for creating Birthing Mama came to me over a few years. I would walk in the woods- breathe, pray, listen. I would hear the whispers of the Divine Mother as I navigated the complex and amazing gifts of yoga, pregnancy and parenthood."
